Top seed Khumoyun Sultanov (UZB) and Siddharth Vishwakarma (IND) moved into Quarterfinals in the Men’s singles of M15 Chandigarh ITF World Tour Tennis Men’s (US$-15K prize money) Tournament. Khumoyun Sultanov (UZB) defeated Qualifier Hitesh Chauhan (IND) 2-6, 6-2, 6-1 in a 3 setter match. After 1st set down Sultanov came back strongly in the 2nd set with his high energetic game and took the 2nd set 6-2, in the final set Sultanov maintained his momentum and played a solid match to close the final set and match 6-1 easily.

In the another match 9th seed Siddharth Vishwakarma (IND) outplayed Yuvan Nandal (IND) in straight sets 7-6(3), 6-4. In the 1st set both players played top level tennis, finally Siddharth used his experience and closed the 1st set in tie break (7-3). In the 2nd set Siddharth maintained his momentum and played a high intensity game with his aggressive ground stroke to beat Yuvan Nandal 6-4.

Davis Cupper 2nd seed Ramkumar Ramanathan (IND) also entered Quarterfinals. Ramkumar Ramanathan outplayed Woobin Shin (KOR) 6-2, 7-5. 3rd seed Sasikumar Mukund (IND), Bang Shuo Yin (TPE), Thanapet Chanta (THA), 4th seed Nam Hoang Ly (VIE) and Chirag Duhan (IND) also advanced into Quarterfinals.
