Nitture a junior who reached the quarter final of a similar event at Bengaluru last week continued her splendid run In the womens professional event shocking another youngster and fifth seeded Mihika Yadav 6-0, 6-4 and making it to the last 16 stage
Later Nitture tied up with Pooja Ingale yo upset fourth seeded pair of Arthi Muniyan and Singaporean Sarah Pang 6-3 6-2 and enter the quarter finals
Top seeded Rutuja Bhosale scored a easy 6-2 ,6-2 win over Sharmada Balu while second seeded Zeel Desai struggled a bit losing the first set and then coming back to get past Avishka Gupta 1-6, 6-1, 6-3
In another three setter encounter eighth seeded Elena Jamshidi of Denmark came back from loss of the first set to get past junior player Sudipta Kumar 2-6, 6-1, 6-4.
