Rohan Bopanna along with Franko Skugor lost in the doubles QF. Still a good run by Rohan as he did better than his ranking.

ATP/WTA Tour- 

Ankita Raina won a good match in the only qualifying round at WTA 250 at Nottingham to qualify for main draw. However, she lost in first round against a higher ranked player.

But, with her German partner she made it to the doubles semi final. Her best results in doubles since the Australian stint. 

Divij Sharan again lost in first round of doubles with his 10th partner in this year. Not having a steady doubles partner is hampering Divij’s results.

ATP Challenger Tour –

Ramkumar Ramanathan lost in second qualifying round of Nottinghan challenger on grass but made the doubles semi final. Prajnesh had to retire in his first round match at Nottingham. 

Sumit Nagal played a long and very competitive match against former top 10 player Fernando Verdasco in a big challenger in France on clay before losing 5-7 in third set after coming back from 2 breaks down in third set. He also played in doubles this week for a change and had a nice upset win over second seeds before losing to eventual champions in quarter final.

Mukund lost in first round against a qualifier from Colombia who has now gone on to reach the final. Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan / Purav Raja also bowed out in the first round.

Balaji got together with his old partner Luka Margarolo and reached the QF before losing in a close match against top seeds and eventual champions.

ITF Tour-

Karman Kaur Thandi made a return to hard courts playing $25K in Spain with her protected ranking. She won her first round match before losing a close one in the second round against an American player who has gone on to reach final. 

Siddhant Banthia had the best singles win of his career with upset of second seed, 302nd ranked Duck Hee Lee of Korea in first round. But, he lost in second round against a player from Ivory Coast who has done well in recent weeks. 

He went on to win his first ITF title later in doubles along with another Korean player Uisung Park,qualified thru and had a very good upset over second seed in first round but he retired midway thru second set in second round.
