Bopanna/ Sharan make it to the QF at Halle ATP, Ramkumar gets a win over Leo Mayer :Week of 14th June-Indian Tennis Roundup

ATP/WTA Tour- 

Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan made it to the Quarter final in the first tournament together after some time and their first tournament in grass season. They upset the second seeds on the way to Halle ATP 500 QF before losing in 2 tight sets against an all Belgian pair.

ATP Challenger Tour –

Ramkumar Ramanathan had a couple of very good on grass at big challenger at Nottingham – one in final quafiying round against Kasper Zuk and then in first round against former top 25 player Leonardo Mayer before he lost to Kamil Majchrzak of Poland who has gone to reach the final.

Sumit lost in the first round of Aix Ain Provence Challenger in France after being a set up and 4-1 up in second set tie break.

Ankita Raina played at womens 100K in Nottingham where she lost in the first round of qualies but went on to win to reach SF in doubles.

Karman Kaur Thandi had a disappointing first round loss after dominating the first set and winning the first set 6-1.

Riya Bhatia played in 25K+ H in Portugal where she won a round but lost in second round.
