Indian pair of Yuki Bhambri and Saketh Myneni gave a big scare to the French Open Champions Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek at the ATP 500 Cinch Championships in Doubles R1 before bowing out with a scoreline of 6-3 6-7 6-10.
After winning the first set 6-3, the Indian pairing had a serious look at 5-5 30-40 on opponent serve but could not get the break. They were overpowered in the tie break and the subsequent super tie-break to bow out in R1.
The Indian pairing earlier had qualified into the main draw through two good wins. The Indian pairing is accompanied by Coach Mr Balachandran Manikkath for this event.
