Max Purcell takes third title in a row; wins PMR Open ATP Challenger 100 Men’s International Tennis Championships

The Australian third seed Max Purcell continued his brilliant run on the Indian swing of the ATP Challengers, adding the Pune title to his titles at Chennai and Bengaluru. Purcell won the singles title at PMR Open ATP Challenger Men’s 100 Tennis Championship, powered by Aryan Pumps and organized by the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Tennis Stadium.

The third seeded Purcell, ranked 116 currently, took 1 hour and 18 minutes to outclass 19 years Luca Nardi of Italy 6-2, 6-3.

While Purcell will move to Top 100 at 95th in the ATP rankings, Nardi will move 25 places to top 125 .
