15 year old Maaya Rajeshwaran, India’s Junior No. 2 and ITF Junior WR No. 165 has taken a significant step in her tennis journey by joining the prestigious Rafa Nadal Academy for long-term training.
Maaya recently showcased her talent on the international stage defeating Junior World No. 43 Sarah Melany and World No. 42 Aspen Schuman at ITF junior tournaments in Mexico. She also had a commendable run at the Fenesta Nationals in October, finishing as a runner-up.
With a strong season behind her, this collaboration with the Rafael Nadal Academy is expected to further unlock her potential and aid in her career progression.
Maaya’s upcoming schedule includes the ITF W15 tournament in Ahmedabad next week, followed by the ITF J300 in New Delhi and J200 in Chandigarh in January.
This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for one of India’s brightest young tennis prospects.
