New Delhi, 18 May 2023: Indian Tennis Academy at Modern School, Barakhamba Road has announced the re-launch of its tennis programme today. The academy will now be known as ‘Accelerate Tennis in association with Indian Tennis Academy’. The new arrangement will see renowned Australian coach Todd Clark who is the Director of Accelerate Tennis lead the tennis programme at Modern School.
The new programme will cater to players of all levels, including beginners, intermediates and high-performance level players. The academy will work with the school students as well as newcomers. Coach Todd Clark brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of tennis coaching. He has coached several top-ranked Indian players over the past 10 years, including India’s top 10 in both singles and doubles, Ms. Zeel Desai.
The re-launch was facilitated by the Principal of Modern School, Dr. Vijay Datta. The event was also attended by the founder of Accelerate Tennis Mr. Kapil Dinesh, the Head of the Sports Department Mr. Rajesh Kumar and the school tennis coach Mr. Vinod Kumar.
