ATP Rolex Paris Masters: Bopanna and Ram move into QF with respective partners

Veterans Rohan Bopanna and Rajeev Ram pulled off dramatic wins to move into the QF of the last ATP Masters 1000 event of the year. While Ram/Salisbury staved off a match point against local wildcards Doumbia/Reboul, Bopanna/Middelkoop came back from 3-5 down in the 2nd set to oust Turin hopefuls Bolelli/Fognini.

Top seeds Ram/Salisbury won the last three points of their match, saving a match point in the process. They will take on Dodig/Krajicek next.

Bopanna/Middelkoop were down 3-5 in the 2nd set, but hit a flurry of winners in what was a purple patch for them in the match, eventually winning 6-4 7-5. They will challenge 2nd seeds Koolhof/Skupski next. With this win, Bopanna cracks the Top 15 for the first time since November, 2017.
