India’s only ATP tour event in Pune was back after 1 year break due to covid and it was a great opportunity for Indian players. In singles only Yuki Bhambri who entered on his protected ranking one a round in main draw with excellent win over Josef Kovalik. Other Indians in main draw, Ramkumar, Prajnesh and Arjun Kadhe all lost in first round. But, all of them looked competitive and gave a fight to their much higher ranked opponents.
