Other notable performance in these 2 tournaments came from 13 year old Manas Dhamne who reached QF in first week and SF in second week and lost to top seed Nishant Dabas in both weeks. In fact Manas is the first one born in 2007 to reach SF of an ITF junior tournament. Manas had shown his immense talent when he won the title at the under 12 event of prestigious Eddie Herr tournament in US in 2019.
Now there will be 3 weeks break and then 5 more weeks of J4/J5 tournaments in India all over the place – Indore, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Bhilai and Madurai. Good chance for Indian juniors to get some competition and ranking points and hope we get foreign competition in those tournaments.
