The pair of Purav Raja and Ramkumar Ramanathan continued their merry ways to beat the more experienced pairing of Leander Paes and Matthew Ebden 6-2 6-1 in the quarter-final of the ATP 250 Tata Open Maharashtra being played here in Pune.
Raja/Ramanathan teamed up for the first time at the end of the 2019 season and are unbeaten since then. They are 10-0 in matches and 20-1 in sets, having won the ATP Kobe Challenger in Japan and the ATP Pune Challenger in India in November last year.
In the semi-finals, they will take on the pair of Jonathan Elrich and Andrei Vasilevski on Saturday.
