Rithvik Bollipalli Cracks Top 100: Youngest player in the ATP Top 100 Doubles rankings

In a day to remember, Rithvik Bollipalli clinched his maiden ATP title at the Almaty Open, teaming up with Arjun Kadhe in a thrilling match that ended in a nail-biting finish against Barrientos and Mansouri.

With this win, Rithvik has swiftly ascended 17 spots in the ATP Doubles Rankings, now positioned at an impressive 85th place. At just 23 years and 7 months old, he has also become the youngest player in the ATP Doubles Top 100.

In addition to his recent triumph, Rithvik boasts a total of four ATP Challenger titles, three of which he won alongside Niki Poonacha and one with Kadhe. Notably, two of these titles were secured this year, while the other two were achieved last year, showcasing his consistent performance on the circuit.

Rithvik’s partner, Arjun Kadhe, has also achieved a career milestone, reaching a career-high ranking of 77 after jumping 15 spots following their victory.

This success has bolstered India’s presence in the ATP rankings, with a total of seven Indian players now in the Top 100. Leading the charge is Rohan Bopanna, currently ranked 8th, with Yuki Bhambri following closely at 44th.

Indian tennis fans are eager to see his progress in ATP Tour events.
