Key Scope of Work & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Olympic Planning: Designing and implementing high-performance activities and targets engineered toward success through the LA Olympic Games cycle.
- Athlete Diagnostics & Support: Identifying individual athlete strengths and weaknesses while spearheading the Player Assistance Program.
- Advanced Sports Science Integration: Developing cutting-edge systems for performance enhancement, including specialized sports science, physical conditioning, and mental fitness programs.
- Ecosystem Synergy: Ensuring the overall wellness of athletes, coaches, and support staff while fostering harmonious, professional working relationships.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with AITA federation officials, national coaches, and foreign consultants to seamlessly execute development programs.
- Accountability & Reporting: Evaluating athlete progress, supervising the technical execution of training plans by coaching staff, and submitting bi-weekly performance reports directly to the Secretary General of the AITA.
