ATP/WTA tour

Our 3 players played in singles qualifying at US open- Ramkumar Ramanathan with his regular ranking and Sumit Nagal and Yuki Bhambri with their injury protected rankings. Only Yuki won a round with an excellent upset win over 107th ranked Radu Albot. Unfortunately, Yuki did not seem to have energy on the succeeding day against Belgian Bergs and lost in straight sets. Sumit lost to Canadian Vasek Posopisil after a decent fight in 2 sets. Ramkumar had a rather disappointing loss against junior Australian open champion Bruno Kuzuhara.

These are their results –
