Scratch pair of Ramya Natrajan and Sathwika Sama claimed their maiden doubles title as they upset top seeds Soujanya Bavisetti and Sharmada Balu 6-2,1-6, 13-11 in the doubles finals
Top seeded Rutuja Bhosale will clash with sixth seeded Vaidehi Chaudari in the ladies singles finals of the Jamshri Solapur Open being played at the MSLTA Solapur District Complex.
In singles semifinals top seeded Rutuja Bhosale took revenge of her loss against Soujanya Bavisetti last week at Bengaluru as she came back from loss of first set winning 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-2 in a 2 hours 47 minutes battle and make her second final in a row .
Sixth seeded Vaidehi Chaudhari created an upset knocking out fourth seeded Pranjala Yadlapalli continued her good run as she upset Second seed Zeel Desai 7-6(2), 6-4 in 1 hour and 46 minutes .
