ATP TATA Open Maharashtra
Jiri Vesely won the Men’s Singles title of the ATP Tata Open Maharashtra.
- Indian players had limited success in the Tata Open ATP 250 tournament in Maharashtra which was disappointing considering the relatively weaker draw.
- In singles, 5 Indian players got a chance to play the main draw which is one of the highest in recent years in this tournament. But, out of the 5, only Prajnesh was able to win a match but he too went out in second round.
- In doubles , all Indian pair of Purav Raja and Ramkumar Ramanathan had a very good rin to the SF.

ITF $25K – Thailand
Ankita Raina had not entered this week’s ITF 25K tournament in Hua Hin as this was scheduled in same week as Fed Cup Asia Oceana tournament which was subsequently postponed. So, she played only doubles this week and won second consecutive doubles title with her Dutch partner Bibiane Schoofs.
Riya Bhatia qualified for the singles main draw and Zeel Desai made it in as a lucky loser. They played each other in the first round and Zeel won that match. Zeel went on to lose in the second after putting up a fight against third seed.
